Terms & Conditions (Online Astrology): -
(1) Please provide genuine and accurate birth details. Incorrect or false information will result in inaccurate horoscope readings and predictions. If you are unsure about the exact time of birth but have an estimated time, please email us the estimated time and clearly mention that it is an estimate. In such cases, Dr. Kalra will attempt to determine the correct time of birth by analyzing events of the past tense in the person's life and their various characteristics or personality traits.(2) Rest assured that the information you provide will be kept strictly confidential.
(3) Astrological consultation is available over phone / WhatsApp Audio call / WhatsApp Audio+Video call.
(4) For inquiries regarding love life, married life, family life, and childbirth, the analysis of horoscopes of both partners or the horoscopes of the husband and wife will be required. In such cases, the consultation fees will get doubled.
(5) Dr. A.S. Kalra personally analyzes the horoscopes of all his clients using his own intelligence, knowledge, and experience. He has not employed any trained assistants for this work.
(6) Astrological consultations over phone or Whatsapp will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time and on a mutually convenient day.
(7) Being an online astrologer doesn't mean the astrologer is available 24x7. Therefore, after dropping an email or message, please wait for some time to obtain a response.
(8) In extremely rare cases, if the astrologer has to go on a leave immediately after charging fee, due to some urgency, he will offer a refund to the client.
(9) Due to the high volume of requests from different clients to obtain astrological consultation, it is practically not feasible to process all of the requests immediately after receiving payment. Therefore, please understand that some patience is required at your end after you make payment.

I read on your website regarding your consultation rate and I want to know why your consultation rates are high if we call from outside India? A person can be in a worst situation outside India, like me, when I was in India I had a job, but I moved to foreign country with my husband six months back and now I am jobless and trapped inside a house from 6 months living the life of a prisoner. I don't have any source of earning and not even a bank account here for any emergency. I don't think my husband will sponsor my reading for a chart either. So I really want to understand why you kept different rates based on different countries?

Dear Madam
My question to you is: - Why you left your job in India and why you shifted to some other country? I'm sure you wished to earn more money or perhaps you thought that you deserved to earn more due to your high education and due to your caliber.
As far as your question is concerned, why consultation rates are high for clients residing in other countries (outside Indian subcontinent) (who will be contacting via phone/Skype), then I'd like to tell you that consultation charges are not high for those clients but actually they are absolutely normal for those clients. You have raised this question only because you were born and brought up in India and sometime back you have shifted to some other country whose currency has higher value as compared to Indian currency. You wouldn't have raised this question if you were born and brought up in some developed country because in that case a sum of 50-100 dollars wouldn't be a big amount for you. A sum of 50-100 dollars is not a big amount when seen from an international perspective.
According to me, I deserve a minimum of hundred US dollars for analyzing only one horoscope (irrespective of where the client is located on the globe and which language he/she is using while communicating with me). It's because of my high education (which is lacking in other full-time astrologers of India). Also I am working on an international level and the fee of 100 US dollars is not considered as high when we work on an international level. I am charging 50-100 dollars from past many years from clients residing outside Indian subcontinent and nobody has ever complained. Please don't mind it but you are the first one who has raised this question.
The truth is: - Consultation charges are less for clients residing in countries of Indian subcontinent because value of currency of these countries is quite less when we come on an international level and when we compare them with currency of many other countries.
It's just like you left India to some other country whose currency has a higher rate as compared to Indian rupee. You had a job in India but still you shifted to other country because you wished to earn more. You wished to earn in dollars or pounds or Euros or Swiss Francs. Chances are very high that you are presently located either in Canada or USA or UK or some other European country. I am very sure you haven't shifted to Nepal or Bhutan or Pakistan or Bangladesh (whose currency has a lesser value than Indian rupee).
If you were a white woman or if you were a woman who could not speak Hindi language then you might have asked why charges are higher for communicating in English language, then my answer would be: - English is not my mother tongue and I had to make special efforts to learn it or my answer was going to be: - I am giving discount to clients for using Hindi language which is the official language of the Union of India.
If you wish to get analyzed your horoscope at the rate which is applicable for clients residing inside Indian subcontinent then you should comeback to India and after that you should contact me back.
Kindly avoid expecting FREE of cost service from me because in that case I will type a very lengthy but logical answer which will not be liked by you as it will be containing some bitter truths.
Once again I say if you wish to get analyzed your horoscope at the rate which is applicable for clients residing inside Indian subcontinent then you should comeback to India and after that you should contact me back.
