50% rebate will be given to you on obtaining reconsultation on horoscope(s) (on which you have already obtained consultation earlier) if you can email us the soft copy of horoscope(s) as well as astrological report(s) that were emailed to you at that time.

Note (1): -
50% discount policy is available only on those horoscopes which have been analyzed by Dr.A.S.Kalra earlier and this policy is not available on those horoscopes which are going to be analyzed by him for the first time.

Note (2): -
If 50% discount will be availed then no astrological report will be prepared and emailed.

Why consultation charges are different for different clients? {depending upon whether they will be contacting from inside Indian subcontinent or from outside Indian subcontinent and depending upon the language (English or Hindi) they will be using for communication}

On 27th of March 2016 an email was received by Dr.A.S.Kalra which was sent by a young Indian girl who was earlier working in India but left her job and shifted to some other country along with her husband.

I read on your website regarding your consultation rate and I want to know why your consultation rates are high if we call from outside India? A person can be in a worst situation outside India, like me, when I was in India I had a job, but I moved to foreign country with my husband six months aback and now I am jobless and trapped inside a house from 6 months living the life of a prisoner. I don't have any source of earning and not even a bank account here for any emergency. I don't think my husband will sponsor my reading for a chart either. So I really want to understand why you kept different rates based on different countries?

Dear Madam

My question to you is: - Why you left your job in India and why you shifted to some other country? I'm sure you wished to earn more money or perhaps you thought that you deserved to earn more due to your high education and due to your caliber.

As far as your question is concerned, why consultation rates are high for clients residing in other countries (outside Indian subcontinent) (who will be contacting via phone/Skype/email), then I'd like to tell you that consultation charges are not high for those clients but actually they are absolutely normal for those clients. You have raised this question only because you were born and brought up in India and sometime aback you have shifted to some other country whose currency has higher value as compared to Indian currency. You wouldn't have raised this question if you were born and brought up in some developed country because in that case a sum of 50-100 dollars wouldn't be a big amount for you. A sum of 50-100 dollars is not a big amount when seen from an international perspective.

According to me, I deserve a minimum of hundred US dollars for analyzing only one horoscope (irrespective of where the client is located on the globe and which language he/she is using while communicating with me). It's because of my high education (which is lacking in other full-time astrologers of India). Also I am working on an international level and the fee of 100 US dollars is not considered as high when we work on an international level. I am charging 50-100 dollars from past many years from clients residing outside Indian subcontinent and nobody has ever complained. Please don't mind it but you are the first one who has raised this question.

The truth is: - Consultation charges are less for clients residing in countries of Indian subcontinent because value of currency of these countries is quite less when we come on an international level and when we compare them with currency of many other countries.

It's just like you left India to some other country whose currency has a higher rate as compared to Indian rupee. You had a job in India but still you shifted to other country because you wished to earn more. You wished to earn in dollars or pounds or Euros or Swiss Francs. Chances are very high that you are presently located either in Canada or USA or UK or some other European country. I am very sure you haven't shifted to Nepal or Bhutan or Pakistan or Bangladesh (whose currency has a lesser value than Indian rupee).

If you were a white woman or if you were a woman who could not speak Hindi language then you might have asked why charges are higher for communicating in English language, then my answer would be: - English is not my mother tongue and I had to make special efforts to learn it or my answer was going to be: - I am giving discount to clients for using Hindi language which is the official language of the Union of India.

If you wish to get analyzed your horoscope at the rate which is applicable for clients residing inside Indian subcontinent then you should comeback to India and after that you should contact me back.

Kindly avoid expecting FREE of cost service from me because in that case I will type a very lengthy but logical answer which will not be liked by you as it will be containing some bitter truths.

Once again I say if you wish to get analyzed your horoscope at the rate which is applicable for clients residing inside Indian subcontinent then you should comeback to India and after that you should contact me back.

Details of the transaction to be provided: -

1. Amount credited/deposited/transferred

2. Date of transaction

3. If you have credited payment in Dr.Kalra's bank account then kindly intimate name of that bank, in which Dr. Kalra is having an account (ICICI or SBI), in which payment was credited.

4. Mode of payment used: - cash, cheque, electronic/online transfer (NEFT / IMPS), PayPal, Western Union Money Transfer, Moneygram or some exchange in UAE (like UAE Exchange / Al Rostamani / Al Ansari)

5. If your mode of payment is cheque or electronic/online transfer (NEFT / IMPS) then kindly intimate the name of your bank and account holder's name. In case of cheque or NEFT kindly inquire from your bank how much time it'll take in the transfer of money and then also intimate about it.

6. If you have deposited cash or cheque in your area in some branch of the bank, in which Dr.Kalra is having an account (ICICI or SBI), then kindly also mention its branch address in your area.

7. In case cheque is deposited, kindly also mention cheque number and the date on which the cheque is drawn.

8. If you have deposited cheque then you should keep track of your bank account statement and as soon as the processing of cheque is completed and the amount gets deducted from your account you should intimate about it & after that I will check my bank account statement & will intimate you regarding receipt of the payment.

9. In case of electronic/online transfer (NEFT / IMPS) kindly furnish proof of transaction like screenshot of successful transaction web page or soft copy of receipt (electronic receipt) by sending it as an attachment via email.

10. In case of electronic/online transfer (NEFT / IMPS) if you can't furnish proof of transaction then at least intimate reference number of the transaction.

11. If you have remitted payment from outside India through Western Union Money Transfer or Moneygram or through some exchange in UAE (United Arab Emiretus) (like UAE Exchange or Al Rostamani or Al Ansari) then please preserve the document of Transaction Receipt received by you from the agent which you should scan and email us its soft copy.

Important Notes: -

Note (1) : - Consultation fee would simply get doubled in queries related to love life, married life, family life & childbirth as horoscopes of both will have to be analyzed.

Note (2) : - You should remit payment only after Dr.Kalra asks you to remit payment.

Note (3) : - After remitting consultation fee kindly intimate about it by an email in which you've to mention the amount you credited and mode of payment you used (cash, cheque, electronic/online transfer into Dr. Kalra's bank account, Paypal, Western Union, Moneygram).

Note (4) : - If you deposit payment in Dr.Kalra's bank account then kindly also email name of that bank (in which Dr. Kalra is having an account) in which you'll remit payment.

Note (5) : - If your mode of payment is cheque or electronic/online transfer into Dr.Kalra's bank account then kindly intimate the name of your bank and account holder's name. In that case kindly inquire from your bank how much time it'll take in the transfer of money and then also intimate it to us. Kindly also intimate the date on which you remitted payment.

Note (6) : - If you use cheque then kindly also mention cheque number and the date on which it is drawn.

Note (7) : - In case of some problem we may ask you to furnish proof of your payment (like screenshot of transaction web page or soft copy of receipt) as an attachment via email.

Note (8) : - We'll intimate you by an email about the receipt of your payment. If your payment will be received between 6am to 6pm (IST or Indian Standard Time) then you will be intimated about its receipt within 6 hours of its receipt. Else intimation about its receipt will be given to you next day before 1pm (IST).

Note (9) : - Astrological Consultation & Astrological Report will be provided to you only sometime after receipt of your payment.

Note (10) : - If you would remit payment from outside India through Western Union Money Transfer or Moneygram or through some exchange in UAE (United Arab Emiretus) (like UAE Exchange or Al Rostamani or Al Ansari) then please preserve the document of Transaction Receipt received by you from the agent which you should scan and email us its soft copy.

Note (11) : - Clients desiring Online Astrological Services over Skype (from inside Indian subcontinent) will have to talk first on phone with Dr.A.S.Kalra for a few minutes (while obtaining Online Astrological Consultation) and then Dr.A.S.Kalra will ask them to come over Skype.

Note (12) : - Here 'Per Hour Conversation' means duration of conversation from one minute to 60 minutes.

Note (13) : - You were searching for astrologers on the internet and you hit upon this site & decided to contact Dr.A.S.Kalra. It is expected that you have decided to approach him for obtaining astrological consultation from him only after exploring this official website very thoroughly. There exist hundreds or thousands of Astrology related websites on the internet but you are approaching him which proves that you have developed some faith in him. Several of his documents or testimonials have been pasted in this site and various Astrology related articles have also been embedded into it. Dr.A.S.Kalra never approached you or he never tried to convince you to obtain astrological consultation from him by: -

(i) Sending you an email, or (ii) Calling at your cell phone, or (iii) Sending an SMS at your cell phone, or (iv) Sending any letter at your address.

He never appear on any TV channels or he never give advertisements in newspapers which means he is not involved in any sort of offline publicity for his marketing & he wants to prevent himself from obtaining any sort of unwanted publicity.
